Orders and payment:

All users of adelfesthestore.com are free to browse products available on the website, and should contact the store for any further information.

Once products have been added to your cart, and you are ready to pay, you will be directed to our online checkout. At this stage, you will be required to provide us with personal information in order to successfully place your order. If you do wish to provide certain pieces of information, this may affect the outcome of your order.

Your personal details must be complete and accurate in order to successfully ship and receive your products. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to change details.

Full payment via credit card or Paypal is required at checkout. You will receive a confirmation order via email once the order has been placed. If you cannot make payment, we cannot guarantee that the item/s in your cart will be available at a later date. 

Your confirmation email will include a personal order number that can be quoted to Adelfes: The Store if you have any further questions.

Cancellation policy:

Adelfes:The Store has a quick turnaround for orders that are placed through our website. We aim to package and ship orders the same day or next business day. Due to this, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed. 

Lost, Damaged or Delayed parcels:

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of Australia Post. Any questions regarding a lost, damaged or delayed parcel should be directed to Australia Post. Tracking is available once your order has been dispatched.

Adelfes: The Store cannot be liable for missing or damaged parcels. If, after investigation, your parcel has been deemed ‘lost’, please contact us directly to organise a replacement or refund of postage.

Gift cards:

Store gift cards are only redeemable at adelfesthestore.com. If your purchase is less than your gift card value, you may use this gift card for future purchases. Please keep your gift card code handy to keep an eye on the expiration date.

There is absolutely no exchange or refund on gift cards, or purchases paid for by a gift card, unless the item/s is faulty.

E-news subscription:

By using the subscribe link at adelfesthestore.com, your email address will be used to keep you up to date with new products, sales, giveaways and more (that can be accessed on the site). 

You can unsubscribe at any time from Adelfes: The Store communications by using the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of our marketing emails. You can also email us directly at adelfesthestore.com to unsubscribe. We welcome you back anytime.

First time subscribers will receive a unique code for a 10% discount on their first purchase. It is the subscribers responsibility to retain this code for use. This code can only be used once. 

Accounts and profile:

Registering for an account with adelfesthestore.com, or placing an order means that you will be required to provide personal information.

Please make sure that you:

  • Keep your login details secure;
  • Provide accurate information;
  • Update your personal details, such as change of address or email

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adelfes: The Store cannot be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage that any person may suffer as a direct or indirect result of accessing our website or utilising our service or products.
