Shipping & Returns

Online returns policy:

  • Full-price items are eligible for a store credit exchange. Items must have original tags and be in original condition. Faulty items will also be exchanged for store credit. Store credit is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  • If you require a different size, please return the item for store credit and purchase the new size in a separate order. 
  • Items must be returned at the customers expense within 10 days of placing the order.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, new and with tags still attached. If any items are damaged or soiled, your return will not be accepted.
  • We will not be returning items for a change of mind.
  • Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for store credit. These sales are final.

Shipping:

  • We use Australia Post for all items. Currently we are only shipping within Australia. At checkout, you will need to choose your preferred shipping method - 
Regular: $8
Express: $15
  • Orders over $199 will have free express shipping allocated at checkout.
  • For same day dispatch, please place orders before 1pm. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be posted on the next business day.
  • Once the order has been received, you will be sent an email notifying you when it has been dispatched with a tracking number. You can track your parcel here.
